1. Welding dust should not go into pump body when the pipes are connected.
2. The vertical distance between air outlet pipe and air outlet should not exceed 0.5m.
3. Work under limit pressure is prohibited. And the air release valve should be adjusted in this moment.
4. Pumps should not work when there is no water, other wise the seam parts of mechanical body will be damaged.
5. Pumps should not be started when the pump body is full of water, otherwise the main spindle will break from high torque.
6. Water should not be left after pump stops to work in winter, in order that the pump will not be frozen to break.
7. When using hard water to work vacuum pump, regular clear with 10% oxalic acid or detergent for industrial boilers is necessary.
